I have officially ended my HCG journey. I am over 60 pounds down and tons of inches. I hired a personal trainer yesterday to finish up my journey with these last 40 pounds. I love all of the people on affordablehcgdiet and will continue to recommend them to everyone. I know with all of my heart that had it not been for www.affordablehcgdiet.com and the wonderful support their I would not be as far as I am today or as close to my goal of a healthier life. Thank you to all of the ladies and men who have supported me during my HCG journey!

WOW
So I've been kind of bummed this week. As women normally do I have been up down up down a few ounces. Yesterday I was only down 0.2 pounds. I woke up this morning to a 3.8 pound loss! Awesome! I so love the affordablehcgdiet.com product!

Checking in
Wow it has been quite awhile since I last posted. I took a little break but am back on protocol and ready to lose these last 40 pounds. I am excited to see the losses each morning. Today I lost 1.2! Yay me! :-)

Cancer Free
Ok I havent been on in awhile but I thought I would share. I had my follow up cancer scan last Friday. My doctor is out of town until next week so I thought I was gonna have to wait for my results. The office manager called me today and told me that he would call me when he go back with the official results but that the report she read said NEGATIVE FINDINGS!!!!!!!! Which I am going to take as a cancer free scan! I am so happy I could cry! No more radiation for me!

Testing
I am in the process of my testing. Hoping to get a clean cancer free scan this time. I have done pretty good not being on the hcg. Didnt really gain or lose and iIam good with that. I am looking forward to this test process being over so I can get back on track and get rid of the last 30 pounds.
I did have an exciting weekend though. I bought a medium sized shirt and finally fit into my size 12 jeans. Its an amazing feeling to go to the store and grab a shirt off the rack that fits. It was even better when I tried on the large and it was too big!

Judgement Day
Well all since the world is ending on May 21 I guess ill have a cup cake or two. JK.
I have not been following protocol at all but I have been doing really well. I haven't lost but I haven't gained either and that is ok with me. Especially since I haven't been eating very good for me foods lately.
I have had to take a break from affordablehcgdiet.com My doctor called me yesterday and told me the medication that was on a global shortage actually showed up so I am having my follow up cancer scan next week. I didn't stop the hcg on any orders from him. He has always told me it was more than safe and he has seen that it is effective. I just know how hectic next week is going to be so I decided to give myself a break until June. I have 6 appointments next week one every day expect Thursday and two on Monday and Friday. It should be an interesting week but at least by June 1, I should know if the cancer is gone! I can not wait, if it is I am going to have one hell of a party to celebrate and hey what better way to start off load days right???
If it isnt then Ill still have one hell of a party to enjoy life before I have to have more treatments but I am almost certain its gone for good. Now while this is generally my HCG blog I just want to add that cancer is caused by a nutritional deficiency. Being deficient allows the cancer cells in every ones body to grown as the immune system can not kill them off. I want to suggest all of you go do some research on B17. I take it every day and so does my dad. His numbers have improved greatly since he started taking it and he is now cancer free! I have friends who have taken it for years and their cancer has never returned. It is well worth just googling it. Then you can buy at tjsupply.com. It is reported to even prevent cancer.

Reflection
This past week has been one of reflection for me. This time last year I was recovering from two cancer surgeries. I was over 230 pounds and not very healthy. This year I am under 190 and hopefully cancer free. I don't get my follow up scan until August. I haven't felt this good and healthy in many years and I am not that old. LOL
I have a whole new confidence thanks to the weight loss and I carry myself differently. I honestly feel that played a large role in my new job. I have gone back to school and will graduate in December of this year. I am happy with who I am which is something I haven't been able to say in years. I thank God every day for leading me to www.affordablehcgdiet.com. The friendships I have gained are amazing. I am almost finished with my weight loss journey and my journey to a healthier happier me but I have to look back and realize how far I have already come and also be thankful for the support my friends and family have given me. I know the HCG has helped to save my life.
